The base package contains scenery for a small area around San Francisco, but the entire world is available at a high level of detail, so you will almost certainly wish to install extra scenery at some point.

INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL SCENERY:
1. Save the scenery files to your hard drive.
2. After installing VirtualPilot3D, launch the game and click on 'MORE OPTIONS' at the startup screen
3. Click on Install Scenery and select the file you've just downloaded.
NOTE: When you install new sceneries, do note that some scenery might not contain airports. As such, no new airports will show on the screen. This is normal.However, if you fly to that area, you'll see objects and landscapes. Certain scenes do contain airport runways so you'll see new airports being loaded on the screen.
If you want to install scenery and airports in bulk, order the 4-DVD edtion which comes with a built-in all-in-one continent scenery installer. This allows you to skip downloading and installing individual scenery blocks.

IF YOU ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLATION

If you encounter errors during installing try a reinstall as Administrator. Also try running the game as Administrator.

You can do so by right clicking the file and select 'Run as administrator'

If you're still getting errors, please disable all firewalls and anti-virus software running the background There are also numerous guides and help files available to download in the members area: All your questions will be covered in these guides.
Remember, if you installed the game on a user's windows account and tried to play the game on ANOTHER windows account. - the game cannot find the config files for your current user account.
You need to restart windows and log in to the user account in which you've installed the game on.

Corrupted File Errors:
Please note these files are reasonably large. If the full file is not downloaded correctly you will receive an error when you try to install the file. Check the file is the correct size if not please simply re download the file again . It may be due to a bad internet connection or a cut in traffic.
The best way to resolve this is to 'REDOWNLOAD' the entire file again. HINT: Use a download accelerator to speed up the download process and to prevent any partial download errors.
